Dynamics Mobile for Delivery On Demand is a solution designed to optimize the delivery operations. It allows organizations to replace the regular customer visiting based on predefined sales routes with optimized deliveries
based on actual demand by the client.
It allows the organization to deploy IoT (Internet-of-Things) hardware buttons, which are connected to the Internet. The client may then press the button whenever he needs a fresh delivery. The IoT button sends a message to the ERP, automatically plans delivery for the next day and notifies the client and the organization's customer service department. The system may also create a corresponding predefined Sales Order and reserver goods accordingly.
The solution allows the organizations to use AWS IoT Buttons ,which are given to the end customers. They even can be branded to enforce the brand recognition and increase the loalty and brand recognition. The buttons may stand at the customer office, near the waterd dispenser, coffee machine, vending machine or others and be easily accessible for everyone to order a delivery, once the goods are nearly of fully completed. It is an ideal solution for small and big offices or big family inhabitants allowing all people to schedule a delivery on behalv of the principal of the account ( e.g. any employee can order new mineral water supply when the water in the dispencer is completed)
The solution is natively integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a native Add-on. There is no middleware database to replicate and all transactions are automatically exchanged between the mobile device and the ERP.
Dynamics Mobile will automatically create Sales/Delivery Route entry in the ERP, which is serves as a perfect add-on for Dynamics Mobile Delivery, Dynamice Mobile VAN/Direct Sales and Dynamics Warehouse solutions.
The system will automatically create a Sale Order for the client in the ERP based on predefined order template. This can be used for better visiblility of ordered quantities, inventory reservations and delivery planning.
Dynamics Mobile will notify the client that a new order has been places via e-mail or SMS.
The organization's customer service will be notified via e-mail, containing all the details of the delivery order placed via the IoT button with unique tracking number, allowing the customer service to lookup for the details in the ERP.
