What platforms does Dynamics Mobile support?

Our mobile apps run on Android, iOS, and Windows devices. A web-based portal provides centralized management, configuration, and reporting for supervisors and administrators.

How do I get started?

Book a demo and our team will guide you through onboarding — from account setup and app installation to ERP integration and configuration. Most deployments go live within days.

Platform & Features

Can field agents work offline?

Yes. All Dynamics Mobile apps — on Android, iOS, and Windows — include full offline mode. Agents can complete tasks, capture data, and process transactions without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

What ERP integrations are available?

Native connectors for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations / Supply Chain are included out of the box. Other ERPs — including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce — can be connected via the Dynamics Mobile integration framework. Custom integrations can also be built case-by-case.

Does the platform support barcode and QR scanning?

Yes. All mobile apps support barcode and QR code scanning for faster data capture, inventory management, and item tracking. Most Android and iOS devices use the built-in camera; we also support dedicated external scanning hardware for Windows rugged devices.

Is NFC supported?

Yes. Dynamics Mobile supports NFC on compatible Android and iOS devices, enabling tap-based identification, asset tagging, and streamlined data capture workflows.

Does Dynamics Mobile include GPS tracking?

Yes. Real-time GPS tracking is built in, enabling live monitoring of field agents, vehicles, and assets. This integrates with our Fleet Control solution for route monitoring and driver risk scoring.

Can I configure custom roles and permissions?

Yes. The Dynamics Mobile Portal lets you define granular roles and permissions so each user or team sees only the features and data relevant to their function.

What alerts and notifications are available?

You can configure automated alerts for task completion, route deviations, maintenance reminders, and more. Notifications can be delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, or in-app.

What analytics and reporting options are available?

The portal includes an embedded Business Intelligence layer with customizable dashboards, KPI tracking, and exportable reports covering task completion, asset usage, field agent performance, and more.

How are app updates managed for field agents?

Updates for Android and iOS are pushed automatically via their respective app stores. For Windows, updates can be managed through centralized IT policies or manual installation.

Pricing & Plans

What's included in the subscription?

Each subscription includes access to the mobile app, all platform updates, offline sync, and standard ERP integration. Support is included via email.

Is pricing per user or per company?

Pricing is per named user, per month. Enterprise packages with volume discounts are available — contact us for details.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No hard minimum, but most successful deployments start with at least 5 users to generate meaningful operational value.

What contract terms are available?

Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Annual subscriptions include a discount — see our pricing page or contact us for current rates.

Are there discounts for long-term contracts?

Yes, we offer discounts for annual and multi-year contracts. Please contact our sales team for more information.
