Is pricing per user or per company?
Pricing is per named user, per month (or per vehicle for Fleet Tracking). Enterprise packages with volume discounts are available — contact us or speak to your partner for details.
What is a Tenant Tier and which one do I need?
A Tenant Tier determines the dedicated compute resources, storage capacity, and bandwidth for your environment. Tier 1 (2 GB each) is included with any subscription and is sufficient for most SME deployments. If your data volume grows, you can upgrade to a higher tier. Talk to your partner or contact us to assess your needs.
What ERP integrations are included?
Native connectors for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations are included out of the box. Custom integration with other ERP systems can be scoped by your implementation partner.
What's the difference between my subscription and implementation cost?
Your subscription covers the platform — apps, updates, sync, ERP connectors, AI, and support. Implementation refers to the initial setup, configuration, customisation, training, and go-live services delivered by your certified implementation partner. Implementation scope and cost vary based on your specific requirements and are quoted separately.
Can I add-on features like SMS or Customer Portal later?
Yes. Add-ons like SMS Messaging, Customer Portal, IoT Device connectivity, and External Consumer API access can be activated at any time. Pricing for add-ons is usage-based or volume-based and is quoted through your partner.
How are vehicle licenses counted?
Vehicle (Tracking) licenses are counted per vehicle connected to the platform — not per driver. A vehicle tracked 24/7 requires one license regardless of how many drivers use it.
Is there a minimum number of users?
There is no hard minimum, but most successful deployments start with at least 5 users to generate meaningful operational value and justify the implementation investment.
What are the contract terms?
