Field sales mobile application
A cross-platform Field Sales mobile application available for iOS, Android and Windows. It is conencted with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV and is intended to be used by organizations having mobile sales and delivery fleet performing presales, direct sales , delivery or payment collection activities. It works in complete off-line mode.
Mobile user list
The administrator of the system may register and maintaing list of authorized mobile users. He can create, delete, disable ,enable or enroll the mobile users.
Mobile user group
The administrator of the system may organize the mobile users in groups. Each group may represent different divisions, channels or even companies
Live fleet monitoring
All mobile transactions like orders, invoices, payment collections ,deliveries and others may be observed in real time on the world map
Mobile transactions explorer
All mobile transactions are stored in the cloud and available for exploration by mobile device, period and type for past period.
Various heat map reports are available ,showing the places in the world, where most of the business is happening in terms of money and activities
Fleet route compliance analytics
The system automatically registers and analyzes the planned customer visits of the fleet and measures the compliance against the planned routes. This provides overall and fine-grained analytics over the performance of the fleet against the planned visits for the day
The organization may deploy various IoT (Internet-Of-Things) devices at their premises or at their client’s premises and connect them to Dynamics Mobile Cloud via Internet. Dynamics Mobile Cloud may then integrated with the organization’s ERP or other backend system and transfering data between the IoT devices and the ERP automatically and triggering the right ERP native busienss logic to integrated the IoT events into the organization business process.
Dynamics Mobile will notify the client assigned to the IoT device and the responsible team in the organization via e-mails containing all the nececery information to allow the client and the client support team to get into contact.
The administrator may register, disable ,enable IoT devices. The registry list allows the organization to maintain the list of all things used across the organization.

The things can be organized in groups. Each group represent a channel, division or company.

Dynamics Mobile supports various IoT devices via REST HTTP API and MTQQT protocol. We are already supporing few thing tyoes and keep adding new devices constantly. All IoT events are stored in the cloud and available for exploration by device serial, period, type and client for past period.
Dynamics Mobile is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 which allows all IoT events to be sent to the ERP, where it may trigger different events using back-end native business logic like order creation for example.
