Updates to Our Terms of Use, License Agreement, and Privacy Policy

We are committed to being transparent about how we work with you and how we protect your data. As part of that commitment, we have updated our Terms of Use, Software-as-a-Service License Agreement, and Privacy Policy, effective 13 August 2025.

These changes are primarily about clarity and structure — your core rights and the services you receive remain unchanged.

What's New

Clearer agreement structure Our agreements are now organised in a logical hierarchy: Subscription Agreement → SLA → License Agreement → Terms of Use. This makes it easier to understand which document governs which aspect of your relationship with us.

Corporate Accounts and Authorised Users We've added explicit definitions and rules for Corporate Accounts and Authorised Users. This clarifies how responsibilities are allocated when multiple employees or team members use the platform under a single company account.

Customer Data ownership We've clarified how we handle Customer Data imported from or generated within your systems. Your data remains your property. We process it solely to deliver and improve our services — nothing else.

Expanded delivery channel coverage The updated agreements now explicitly cover all the ways we deliver our platform: mobile apps, the DM Portal, and add-ons for third-party systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Privacy Policy — GDPR and CCPA alignment Our Privacy Policy has been updated to more clearly explain how we protect and process your information in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

What This Means for You

These updates do not change the core rights or services you receive. If you are an existing customer or partner, your ongoing use of our services is governed by the updated terms from 13 August 2025.
