Beyond the label
Printing a label is step one. The real value comes when scanning that label triggers receiving, picking, counting, and dispatch workflows — in real time, on a mobile device, integrated with Dynamics 365. That's what Dynamics Mobile Warehouse Mobility delivers.

ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) is the native command language used by Zebra label printers. Instead of sending a graphic image, ZPL sends a program the printer renders internally — producing sharper, faster output. Most Zebra thermal printers (ZT, ZD, GK, GX series) support ZPL natively.
Use the Bin Location template (58×30mm). It includes a header, optional zone field, and a Code 128 barcode with the bin code printed below. This is standard for aisle, rack, and shelf location labels in most warehouse management systems.
Yes — the Print button sends the label to any connected printer at the exact physical size. For Zebra thermal printers, use the ZPL export and send the .zpl file directly via USB, network, or a print tool like ZebraDesigner or LabelMatrix.
Templates cover the most common warehouse sizes: 50×25mm (product / asset), 58×30mm (shelf / bin), and 100×60mm (carton / shipping). All sizes output correct ZPL at 203 DPI.
The ZPL output is generated from the same model used for the browser preview — coordinates, text, and barcode types are accurate. Visual appearance on a printer may differ slightly due to font rendering, DPI, and printer firmware. Always test-print before production use.
Yes — completely free, no sign-up required. Design labels, export ZPL, download PNG, and print as many times as you need.
