About the product
The collected geo-location information can be used in various reports from the authorized personnel (supervisors), so they can analyze operations from a geo-location perspective.
The geo-location based analysis will allow supervisors and managers to get insights about sales and delivery operations from a geo-location perspective – e.g. the way their field workers perform in different regions on the world map, and make decisions about their route planning.
The geo-location analysis and reporting is accessed via any modern web browser and allows real-time tracking.

Supervisors can monitor online device movements and interactions in real-time on their screens.

Supervisors can see reports on their top customers, users and groups by orders created and amounts collected. These reports give information about top customers and top sales people.
- Route explorer
Supervisors can see the device (truck) route rendered on the world map together with important information about the distance, time and total amount for the current day or past period.
- Route compliance report for supervisors
Dynamics Mobile Fleet will automatically collect and track information about the visits and will allow managers to see Route Compliance reports with insights about visited and not-visited routes for the entire organization or group of devices for a period.
- Heat map reports
Supervisors can see different heat map reports in order to understand the geo-distribution of their sales activities.
- Count heat map
Dynamics Mobile Fleet displays heat maps based on the number of the events (visits, sales, orders, etc). This helps supervisor to see the places where most of the vans (trucks) are traveling and interacting with customers.
- Amount heat map
The app displays heat maps based on sum of the amount in result of sales, orders and others. It also allows supervisor to see the places on the map where most of the income is coming from.
- Duration heat map
Dynamics Mobile Fleet displays heat maps based on the duration of the visits – e.g. managers monitor the places on the map where the vans (trucks) spent most of their time. This functionality requires the mobile users to use the Check-in/Check-out feature of Dynamics Mobile Van-sales app.
