π’ Email Sender Domain Update (Effective May 1st)
Starting May 1st, Dynamics Mobile will change the default email address used for system notifications and digital document delivery.
What is changing?
Current sender: noreply@dynamicsmobile.com
New sender: noreply@dm-notify.com
Why this change?
This update improves:
Deliverability and reliability of system emails
Scalability across multiple customers and environments
Separation of system notifications from corporate communication
What should you expect?
No action is required for most customers
Emails will continue to function as usual
The display name will still clearly indicate your company (e.g. βYour Company via Dynamics Mobileβ)
β Custom sender domains (recommended)
We support sending emails from your own domain using authenticated email setup (DKIM/SPF).
This allows you to:
Send from notifications@yourcompany.com
Improve trust with your customers
Align with your branding and IT policies
If you are interested, contact our team to enable custom email authentication.
