Starting May 1st, Dynamics Mobile will change the default email address used for system notifications and digital document delivery.

What is changing?

• Current sender: noreply@dynamicsmobile.com

• New sender: noreply@dm-notify.com

Why this change?

This update improves:

• Deliverability and reliability of system emails

• Scalability across multiple customers and environments

• Separation of system notifications from corporate communication

What should you expect?

• No action is required for most customers

• Emails will continue to function as usual

• The display name will still clearly indicate your company (e.g. “Your Company via Dynamics Mobile”)

✅ Custom sender domains (recommended)

We support sending emails from your own domain using authenticated email setup (DKIM/SPF).

This allows you to:

• Send from notifications@yourcompany.com

• Improve trust with your customers

• Align with your branding and IT policies
