Android App v4.32.4 — Release Notes

Dynamics Mobile for Android v4.32.4 is now available on Google Play. Users with automatic updates enabled will receive it shortly. If you manage updates manually, open Google Play, search for Dynamics Mobile, and tap Update.

No additional steps are required after updating. This release focuses on internal improvements — most users will not notice visual or behavioural changes in the app.

What's New

• Modern photo picker — The app now uses Android's native photo picker, giving users a more consistent and secure experience when attaching images to visits, jobs, or forms.
• Improved packet handling — Sync reliability improvements for how data packets are processed and queued, reducing edge-case sync failures in poor network conditions.
• QR printing on Datecs FMP-10 — The app now supports printing QR images via Datecs FMP-10 fiscal printers, expanding print options for VAN sales and field service workflows.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that could prevent app deployments from completing correctly.
• Fixed a bug where settings failed to load correctly after a sync.
• Fixed a media permissions issue on newer Android versions.
• Fixed a push notification handling issue that could prevent notifications from being received.
