A New Website for a New Era of Field Operations

We've been building Dynamics Mobile for years. Today, we rebuilt how we show it to the world.
Our new website is live — and if you've visited us before, you'll notice it looks and feels different. That's intentional. Because what we're building has changed, and it was time our website caught up.
From apps to autonomy
When we started, Dynamics Mobile was an ERP-connected mobile platform for field teams. That was the right description — at the time.
But field operations have evolved. So have we.
Today, Dynamics Mobile is more than mobile apps for field teams. It's an autonomous field operations platform — one where AI agents run continuously in the background, reconciling data, detecting anomalies, surfacing insights, and executing tasks within policy-defined guardrails. The mobile apps are still there. They're better than ever. But they're now part of something bigger.
The new website tells that story.
What's new
The new site is built around five solutions — Field Sales, Warehouse Mobility, Field Service, Customer Portal, and Fleet Control — each explained not by feature lists, but by the outcomes they create. You'll find real use cases, clear integration paths, and the kind of detail that lets operations leaders, IT directors, and Dynamics 365 partners evaluate us properly.
At the centre of everything is the AI layer: six agent capabilities — pattern recognition, daily reconciliation, anomaly detection, insight generation, automated task execution, and policy-based governance — that transform field operations from reactive to self-improving.
We've also made it easier to understand how we're built: offline-first architecture, deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration (Business Central and Finance & Operations), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and EU data residency. Everything enterprise teams need to know before they book a conversation.
Why it matters
There's a term that used to define this space: field force automation. It describes software that helps field teams do their jobs digitally instead of on paper. It was a meaningful step forward — but it set a low ceiling.
Autonomous field operations is the next step. It's what happens when AI doesn't just support field teams — it runs alongside them, catching what humans miss at scale, closing the loop between mobile execution and ERP truth, and continuously improving how operations run.
That's what we're building. That's what the new site reflects.
Take a look
We'd love to know what you think. If you're exploring a mobile solution for your field teams, or evaluating options for a Dynamics 365 implementation, this is the best place to start: dynamicsmobile.com
And if you're already a customer — thank you. Everything we've built is built because of you.
